A small, deliberately personal team — so the person you meet at consultation is the person who sees your matter through.
Mitchelle holds an LLB from North-West University, where she was named the top final-year LLB student in her class by the North-West Attorneys, and went on to complete an LLM at the University of Johannesburg with a focus on Labour Law and Dispute Resolution.
She also holds a Risk & Compliance Management certificate from Enterprises University of Pretoria and is RE1 & RE5 certified.
Admitted as an Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary Public with right of appearance in the Higher Courts of South Africa, she brings more than ten years of practice to the firm.
Before opening her own practice, Mitchelle worked across a number of legal firms — including making partner at a previous firm — building deep experience in bank panels for bond registrations and cancellations, local authority low-cost housing transactions, deceased estate administration, labour and employment law, and bank panellist work in litigation and matrimonial disputes.
Thulani holds an LLB from the University of Limpopo and brings more than ten years of experience driving strategic growth, strengthening client relationships and identifying new business opportunities within the legal services sector.
He is skilled in developing and executing business development strategies that enhance market presence, grow revenue and support long-term organisational objectives, and has led marketing and business development initiatives, coordinated pitches and tenders, organised networking events and leveraged market intelligence to uncover emerging opportunities.
Smangaliso is currently completing a Higher Certificate in Law and brings over two years' experience as a Conveyancing Secretary.
He is experienced across the full transfer process — from drafting transfer documents and requesting bond cancellation figures and guarantees, to obtaining rates and levy clearance certificates and attending to deceased estate files, lodgement, registration and post-registration matters — and keeps clients informed every step of the way, while supporting junior secretaries through difficult matters.
Our practitioners are supported by a dedicated staff complement: two secretaries — one in Conveyancing & Notarial Practice, one in Litigation Practice — an energetic, go-getter driver, a front-of-office receptionist with a passion for people, and the business development function that keeps client relationships strong. Together, this team is why we can offer instant SMS and email updates, and a smooth, reputable client experience from first call to resolution.
